Training Program

According to Verma, hiring new talent will help Air India’s culture development, which is an important part of their Vihaan, AI transformation effort.

Applicants from across the country will go through a 15-week training programme to learn about safety and customer service. They will also be trained on how to best represent Indian hospitality and the Tata Group culture.

As part of their training, they would also receive intensive classroom and in-flight training at the carrier’s training centre in Mumbai, as well as familiarisation flights.
